PRODUCTION PROCESS
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
We have a wide network of suppliers with whom we cooperate for years. We develop sustainable fabrics and washing methods according to the demands of our customers by blending industry innovations that we closely follow.
SAMPLING
Pattern technicians and sewing craftsman are executing sampling process with ultimate care. The goal is to develop a garment right from the start to be carried forward in production stages without any stop. After long years of working together with upper class customers, sampling team is experienced in working with a wide range of fabrics which brings us diversification on garments.
CUTTING
Cutting being the first process of production is the area which needs utmost attention. Cut pieces are individually controlled and defected pieces are seperated to reduce the defect rates which may ocur at the end of production. By doing this, we also help to reduce energy and avoid unnecessary costs.
SEWING
We have a flexible production structure with our in-house and sub-contracted sewing facilities. Working with different sewing facilities whom have expertise on diverse fabrics enables us to provide production in a wide product range. Our QC experts closely tracks in-line production and quality control steps according to different requirements of fabrics and models.
WASHING
Denim washing is one of the most important areas of textile industry because of high amount of water consumption. With this responsibility, we choose our wet process partners according to sustainability criterias and try to adapt all innovations together to contribute to the EIM scores of the industry. Besides being sustainable, our wash technicians are avare of the denim touch and experienced to execute delicate details for a perfect garment.
FINISHING
In accordance with our efficiency procedures, we designed our production process to prevent losses and minimize mistakes. After washing process is completed, products are controlled by our QC experts according to AQL reporting technique. Quality control reports are then sent to our customers for each production and technical details of finished products are kept digitally in our records for future orders.
